Refund policy

Our refund policy is 14 days from order date. This policy is in place due to us being a small home company. 

Refunds are not given for scent due to this being an online company. 

Please remember stone size, color hues and more may vary because each item is hand made to order. Container shape or color may need to vary occasionally based on supply availability.

Please reach out by email if you have any trouble with an item. Broken candles upon arrival will always be resent for free with picture proof.
